preview: with Verbose logging on, Staircase now times how long a chat takes to appear — the store, the timeline build and the whole wait before messages reach the screen — so a slow-opening chat can be measured on the device where it is slow; and opening a group's info no longer does its cryptographic work on the drawing thread.
