Staircase 0.1.28 Carries v0.1.28-pre.1 to v0.1.28-pre.21: an emoji picker and a quick reaction row of your own; the name in a "joined" or "was removed" line opens that person's profile; a photo that will not download says why and takes a tap to try again; a draft no longer outlives the chat it was typed for, and the reason the box is dead reads above it; an attachment's kind worded in your own language, so a PDF reads "file"; "metadata removed" said only when it was; in a browser, no dead page on a reload and no blank one when the signer extension has gone; on Android, back clears a selection or a highlight before it leaves the chat, and Continue is pinned on screen through the first run; the Chats and Inbox counts read out by a screen reader; and a chat with one other person reads "1 member". Beneath that, nothing a person can see: the jvm suite on virtual time, a red test:jvm blocking a preview's APK, one pipeline per commit. No test was run on the release tree; the coder's gate is the gate of record.
