preview: Adding an emoji pack no longer freezes the web app. In a browser, a pack whose pictures could
not be fetched - which is most packs - took the whole page down with it: it kept whatever was on screen
and stopped responding to scrolling or taps, anywhere in the app, and did it again on every visit to
Settings. An emoji whose picture cannot be had now simply reads as its shortcode, and a pack that cannot
be added says so. Android and the desktop were never affected.
