preview: no change a person can see - the app is pre.63's. A screen test now opens its
database on a file, as the app does, which removes the mechanism behind the
renderAllScreens flake (#1fa1ea56): a query notification deferred into another
thread's transaction could be lost outright. No schema change, so this build installs
over pre.63 and back again freely; schema 22 still, and going below pre.61 remains the
one-way door that lands you at the account picker.
