preview: the Backup screen stops promising something it cannot keep. Locking a backup
with your signer's key - what Staircase starts on with Amber, a browser extension or a
key on the device - writes a file the web client at cordn.net cannot open, and the screen
said the opposite in all ten languages. It now says the file opens in Staircase on any
device signed in as you, and that cordn.net reads one locked with a passphrase or left
unlocked. Wording only: no code, no behaviour and no schema change, so this installs over
pre.64 or earlier in the series either way.
