v0.1.30-pre.68 preview: the last step of setting up a new account now tells the truth about the project's chat - somebody already in it has to let you in, so it is not instant, the request waits in your chat list and joins by itself, and skipping is fine because the list offers it again. Skip is a button of its own weight there. The chat is offered under its current name, "Welcome Cordn Staircase", instead of the one frozen into its link before the room was renamed. And asking to join any group leaves you on your chat list looking at your waiting request, instead of on Requests saying "Nothing waiting" about it. No schema change.
